Perms (!!) - Page 1
I never thought I would even feature a perm on this site, let alone a whole page of them! But they were an intrinsic part of the 1980s, with many new and different styles relying on them. And the collection here, I think you'll agree, look good. When it got bad was when it was badly applied, or over an old perm, or with colour ... when the poodle look would often result ... with apologies to all blonde girls from Essex :-) But looking at the above one just has to be impressed by the skill of the stylist!
Oh yes, and for those who didn't want to succumb to a perm ... remember Schumi Shapers!
